The Paid Search & Social Specialist will assist with planning and be responsible for the implementation and management of paid search and paid social marketing campaigns/strategies. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of all paid search and social platforms and establishing optimizations to improve performance. The Paid Search & Social Specialist will also be responsible for providing actionable reporting insights and participate in presenting media performance results to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Develop paid search and social strategies to achieve client objectives under the direction of the team lead
  • Set up, coordinate and manage paid search campaigns supporting client objectives, including but not limited to, bid management, account architecture, keyword optimizations and day-to-day monitoring
  • Set up, coordinate and manage paid social campaigns supporting client objectives, including but not limited to, optimizations, A/B or multivariate tests and day-to-day monitoring
  • Keep track and manage campaign pacing to both spend and KPI goals
  • Collaborate with media and other teams to develop and/or enhance digital strategy
  • Complete and present client reporting related to paid search and social campaigns
  • Invoice management, approval and routing for paid search campaigns
  • Manage reconciliation of monthly Media Department credit card statement for applicable campaigns
  • Develop subject matter expertise and stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and social advertising through webinars, whitepapers and other professional development opportunities
  • Participate in writing presentations as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, engineering, marketing or related field
  • 3+ years hands-on PPC and social campaign management
  • Experience managing campaigns across numerous social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Nextdoor, Pinterest, TikTok and others
  • Experience managing Google paid search campaigns, with Bing experience a plus
  • Google AdWords certified
